Speaking at the program, chief guest Rawal said that the country and the economy are going through a bad phase and this is due primarily to the unstable government.

There is a need for capacity building and regulating better monetary transaction so that Nepal can achieve sustainable economic growth.

Satya Mohan Joshi, an expert on the culture, said that the coin reflects the diversity and culture of the country.

"The release of a new coin means an edition to history. The coin released today holds a high value logo of 'Sewa Nai Permo Dharma, which everyone implement in his or her lives," he added.

Sagar Man Shrestha, President of Nepal Numismatic Society said that, " the release of the coin means unveiling another side of our culture and that too by a new means. Moreover, it is a happy event for numismatics as it helps them to add one more coin to their collection."

Other speakers at the program included, Rajendra Bahadur Khetan, former President of the Marwadi Sewa Samiti, Chiranji Lal Agrawal, President of Marwadi Sewa Samiti and Damodar Prasad Sharma, executive director of the government mint.
